What I Do

My diverse people management skills have helped to transform the Chicago Tribune Media marketing agency from  low performing limited ROI driving teams, to a process driven portfolio optimizing group who continue to drive efficacies across the portfolio using Project Management principles. I support cross- functional marketing teams in Chicago, Baltimore, South Florida, Hartford, LA as well as building relationships with national brands including, Cars.com, BlueSky Innovation, and Chicago Tribune Charities.

Strategy + Execution

Inspiring and training teams to follow the Project Management Institute (PMI) process for successful project completion and managing stakeholder expectations, all has helped me build relationships with clients and vendors to accomplish their goals.

Current Role

As the Sr. Project Manage at Pivot internal agency for Tribune Media I am responsible for defining program goals for individual projects related to executive requests, creative production, software implementation and go-to-market strategy I ensured projects are effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide range of groups, including all internal and external  key stakeholders.

SR. Project Manager & Business Development Manager @ Chicago Tribune Media Group/ Tronc Inc.

Provide significant input into the development of new product strategy and execution of new growth opportunities,  help achieve Chief Marketing Offices (CMO) visions for product growth. Work across all 8 publishing units to track, evaluate, monitor all marketing initiatives, provide ideas, best practices, and deliver projects on time for clients.

Project Coordinator for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) @ Chicago Tribune Media Group / Tribune Publishing

Managed the Chicago Tribune companies marketing plans and strategies, collaborated with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Legal and Brand Management. Communicated and interfaced across all internal business units as well as with external partners and vendors. Served as the project gatekeeper to the CMO. Coordinated with the sales department for the implementation and supervision of the marketing plans and procedures.

Project Contributor  @ DeVry Education Group

Worked with Product Management team to ensure, the nationwide reporting software met company needs and government regulations. Provided operational support while maintaining data relevance and integrity for our online course curriculums. Collected business data, studied and analyzed user’s feedback, and trends to influence test modules.
