My diverse people management skills have helped to transform the Chicago Tribune Media marketing agency from low performing limited ROI driving teams, to a process driven portfolio optimizing group who continue to drive efficacies across the portfolio using Project Management principles. I support cross- functional marketing teams in Chicago, Baltimore, South Florida, Hartford, LA as well as building relationships with national brands including, Cars.com, BlueSky Innovation, and Chicago Tribune Charities.

Current Role
As the Sr. Project Manage at Pivot internal agency for Tribune Media I am responsible for defining program goals for individual projects related to executive requests, creative production, software implementation and go-to-market strategy I ensured projects are effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide range of groups, including all internal and external key stakeholders.
